Master Red Team, only field leader chosen
Where I've been
Twenty years at Verizon. Four President's Cabinet wins. Six major market turnarounds. The only field leader picked for the company's executive red team. I left at the top, not because I was burned out, but because I could see what AI was about to do to every operating system inside every institution, and I wanted to be hands-on with the tools while the rules were still being written.
What I'm doing now
Two years later, six live products, 30,000 monthly users, and close to 10,000 hours in the tools. I'm not watching this from the sidelines. I'm building inside it every day.
Why I'm writing
Not selling anything. Not handing you a deck and disappearing. Just writing what I'm learning, in real time.

A voice-first family legacy platform I built with my father. He tested every feature. If he couldn't use it without help, it wasn't ready.
One of 12 internal leaders hand-selected by Verizon to apply Bryce Hoffman's decision-support red teaming methodology to enterprise strategy. Four weeks of training at HQ, then flown out to review strategies a week at a time and present findings directly to c-level executives. I was the only person from the field brought in.
