How fast do you typically respond?

I respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days. When we have a scheduled call, I always show up prepared. Active coaching clients can expect same-day priority.

Do you offer free consultations?

The Strategic Clarity Call is free. It's a 30-minute focused call to understand your situation and assess fit. There's no pitch, only honest assessment and recommended actions.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's common. Many clients know they want a better outcome but aren't sure how to get there. In our call, we'll diagnose your situation and recommend the best path, whether it's coaching, consulting, or something else entirely.
